Confidentiality Commitment

Last Updated: April 15, 2026

In every process it carries out with clients, business partners, and service providers, Recro Marketing acts in accordance with the principles of confidentiality, data security, and the protection of trade secrets.

1. Scope of Confidential Information

The following information, shared with Recro Marketing by the client or accessed during the course of the service, is considered confidential:

Strategy documents, presentations, reports, briefs, form data, content, campaign plans, customer lists, commercial data, pricing information, financial information, brand plans, product and service information, access credentials, meeting notes, analysis outputs, draft work, unpublished content, and all written, verbal, or digital information not otherwise available to the public.

2. Purpose of Use of Confidential Information

Confidential information is used solely for the purposes of delivering the service, carrying out the project, preparing proposals, conducting analysis, producing content, reporting, and other purposes required by the business relationship between the parties.

Recro Marketing does not use confidential information for the benefit of third parties, does not share it without authorization, and does not independently exploit it for commercial purposes.

3. Disclosure to Third Parties

Confidential information is not shared with third parties without the client’s explicit consent.

Where limited disclosure to employees, consultants, technical vendors, or subcontractors is necessary to carry out the service, such disclosure is limited strictly to what is required.

4. Data and File Security

Recro Marketing takes reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect client files and project materials against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or unauthorized use.

As part of this, access to files is restricted, project materials are shared only with relevant individuals, and unnecessary access is removed once the service has been completed.

5. Duration of the Confidentiality Obligation

The confidentiality obligation continues even after the business relationship between the parties has ended.

Information that has become publicly available, that the relevant party has authorized to be disclosed in writing, or that is required to be disclosed by legal authorities falls outside this scope.

6. Legal Obligations

In the event of a legally valid request from authorized public institutions, courts, or administrative authorities, only the information that is legally required will be disclosed.

In such cases, the relevant client will be informed to the extent possible.

7. General Commitment

Recro Marketing considers the protection of client information, trade secrets, project content, and personal data to be a core element of its business relationships.

It commits to upholding the principles of confidentiality, security, restricted access, and purpose-limited use across all of its service processes.
