This Disclosure Notice has been prepared under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), Turkey’s personal data protection law, to inform you about the purposes for which Recro Marketing processes your personal data, the parties it may be shared with, the methods used to collect it, and your rights.

2. Personal Data Processed
Depending on your relationship with Recro Marketing, the following personal data may be processed:
Name, surname, company name, title, email address, phone number, billing information, proposal and contract information, the content of requests and messages, project briefs, meeting notes, website usage data, IP address, cookie data, and digital communication records.
Where brand materials, content, presentations, campaigns, reports, analyses, documents, and similar materials submitted by the client contain personal data, that data is processed solely for the purpose of delivering the service.
3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
- Receiving and evaluating service requests
- Carrying out proposal, contract, invoicing, and payment processes
- Delivering strategy, content, analysis, presentation, digital marketing, and reporting services
- Carrying out client communication and project management processes
- Managing meetings, briefs, revisions, and delivery processes
- Improving website performance, security, and user experience
- Resolving requests, complaints, and applications
- Carrying out finance, accounting, and operational processes
- Fulfilling legal obligations
- Improving service quality and ensuring business continuity
4. Method of Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data may be collected through website forms, email, phone, WhatsApp, social media messages, meetings, proposal and contract processes, invoicing transactions, digital file-sharing tools, cookies, and similar electronic or physical channels.
5. Legal Basis
Your personal data is processed on the legal bases of the establishment or performance of a contract, fulfillment of legal obligations, the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right, the legitimate interest of the data controller, and, where necessary, explicit consent.
6. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared, strictly limited to the purposes of processing, with the following parties:
- Financial advisors, legal counsel, and auditors
- Banks and payment institutions
- Providers of email, cloud storage, project management, analytics, automation, and communication infrastructure
- Website, hosting, security, and technical infrastructure providers
- Business partners, suppliers, and subcontractors, to the extent required by the service
- Authorized public institutions and agencies
Personal data is not shared with third parties unless necessary. Where sharing is required to deliver the service, data security and confidentiality principles are observed.
7. Transfer of Data Abroad
Where the servers of the email, cloud storage, analytics, automation, advertising, meeting, or file-sharing services used are located outside Turkey, your personal data may be transferred abroad.
Such transfers are carried out within the framework of the conditions set out in applicable legislation and with the necessary legal safeguards taken into account.
8. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and within the statutory retention periods set out in applicable legislation.
Once the retention period ends or the purpose of processing ceases to exist, personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
9. Rights of the Data Subject
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information about it if it has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
- To know the third parties to whom the data has been transferred
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- To request deletion or destruction of the data, provided the relevant conditions are met
- To request that any correction, deletion, or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred
- To object to a result that emerges to your detriment through analysis by automated systems alone
- To request compensation for damages suffered due to unlawful processing
